Important Information Regarding Your Booking
・Health & Safety: Please kindly inform us at the time of booking if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect your treatment. We handle all personal information with the strictest confidence and care.
・Late Arrivals: Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled automatically. Additionally, your treatment time may be reduced depending on the length of the delay.
・Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. A fee of ￥8,000 will be charged for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
・Payment: We kindly accept credit cards only, as we are unable to take cash payments.
